Lozo Services embodies a passion for delivering top-quality labor and service solutions that are rooted in experience and a desire for excellence. I started this company with the idea that I could provide my brothers and family with something we have never had before in our generation: a family company. While they are still in school and college, I would like to make them partial owners and share the company with me when they are ready and add what they have to offer for my services. Coming from a single-parent household going through daily struggles, we would have never imagined the possibility of having a company. I have over five years in the industry, and I have honed my skills across various jobs, learning valuable insights from seasoned business owners. This knowledge has shaped my approach to running Lozo Services, ensuring I provide the best possible pricing without compromising quality. 
I work on most jobs myself but also oversee each project that I may subcontract—from jobsite trash cleanup and cleanouts to minor home improvements and painting, striving to build a strong relationship with my clients based on trust and satisfaction. a service I am dedicated to improving in the industry overall is dust protection and job site prep, these are services unique to me. I commit to growing alongside my customers by meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations in every service we offer. Together, we can achieve remarkable outcomes for your projects.
I Strive to be as friendly to pets, children, and the economy by using all electric equipment for my services there is no need for gasoline equipment for residential use in today’s age with technology but people want to cheap out on their products to make a big profit. I also strive to keep your pets and children safe with pet and child-safe chemicals for my cleaning services, again many cleaners cheap out and get dollar store cleaning agents that can be very harmful for your household and I strive to help lessen this with my services. for cleanouts and jobs where we are taking away furniture, clothing, or any other household or people needs items we will offer the option to donate to local goodwill or other facility instead of taking to a landfill. I will be offering free cleanup services in the future to help initiate cleaning up our town. I strive to leave the smallest eco footprint with all my services as protecting you and keeping the community clean is my main goal.

Located in Broomall, Pennsylvania, I am committed to maintaing active participants in the community as we experience growth together. My future plans include initiatives such as free trash pickup days and complimentary recycling pickup days, aimed at fostering a cleaner environment for all. 
I also prioritize supporting other local small business contractors by offering competitive rates, allowing me to compete with larger corporations while keeping business within the community. I understand that a thriving local economy benefits everyone, and I am excited to have already formed partnerships with subcontractors to facilitate mutual growth. 
As I look ahead, I am eager to expand my network of local partners, reinforcing our commitment to supporting one another and strengthening the community as a whole. Together, we can build a brighter, more sustainable future for Broomall and its surrounding areas.

Community Leader

There’s a reason we are Lozo Services and not Lozo Demo, or Lozo Hauling, or Lozo Home improvement. I thrive to increase my skillset and partnerships to offer more services to the community in the near future. I plan on getting my drone license and would be able to offer a variety of drone services. I plan to grow my list of people I can subcontract locally to do a large variety of any service. I also thrive to get a real-estate license and would be able to offer real-estate services. The sky is the limit, and we are not limited when it comes to challenging ourselves and to be able to grow and adapt in the new tech age.

About:

Luke Lozowicki, a college graduate with a degree in Sports Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, decided to focus on his summer job doing demolition, hauling, and cleanouts full-time after graduation due to the tough job market with his major. He gained experience in demolitions, cleanouts, dump truck driving, and various projects for 3 years after college. He learned to drive a dump truck and make deliveries, manage his crew, handle customer interactions and saw the potential to start his own company. Luke left his demolition and cleanout job to work as a land surveyor. He currently works full-time while trying to pursue a business on the side. while still having a passion for demolition, trash removal, and hauling, He decided to get his business up and going!
